Story

I started making stickmen during lockdown, after watching the short children’s film Stick Man.

I continue to make them, leaving them in the street or having them on display in shops and cafes, simply to bring a little bit of cheer.

People contact me asking if they can buy a STICKMAN, but they are not for sale. They are a labour of love, because they take many hours to create. It starts with a woodland walk, finding the right size branches, drying out fir cones and moss….. and ending with painting and varnishing them.

If you find one, please consider donating to this Just Giving page, in memory of little Sophie Rolf. From time to time, I make special stickmen and offer them to the highest bidder, in exchange for their bid to be donated to this KissyPuppy children’s charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
