Lyndon and I (Carol) will be jumping out of a plane on Saturday 27th July in a Skydive and Ayrton will be undertaking the 100K 'Race to the Stones' on Saturday 13th July. 

These are both big challenges for us and we wanted to see if we could also raise some much needed funds for this excellent charity based in Swindon.

SMASH provide mentoring, group work and advice to help build children and young peoples resilience, self esteem and confidence. I've been a volunteer with SMASH for over 3 years and see first hand the impact their work has on individual lives.
