Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

Next up is an Ultra Marathon over the Swiss Alps in Zermatt.

50km of running.

3600 metres of elevation gain.

This time taking it on with lifelong friend, Alex Wilcockson.

Jess has been side-lined with a neck injury and Scrappy's training bas been curtailed by achilles tendonitis. So, this could prove to be quite the challenge!

Any support, as always, is massively appreciated as we look to help find a cure!

A brain tumour took Jess' Mum on 22nd July 2024, only 2 years after diagnosis and this is a very familiar and common story. We are committed to helping as much as we can and ensuring that future families have more hope!

Still only 1% of government funding into cancer research goes to that of brain tumours despite its severity, being the largest cancer killer of people under 40.

Thanks so much for all your support so far!
