The Village is a community-based storytelling centre for people of all ages.

Based in Pollok in Glasgow, The Village aims to be a welcoming place where people can explore their roots, their relationship with the world around them, and the significance that traditional stories might have to life in 21st century Scotland.

Through our groundbreaking projects we aim to inspire and enhance the lives of young and old across Glasgow.  Our focus is on working with marginalised and disadvantaged groups both locally in Pollok and elsewhere in Glasgow, and they have enabled many isolated people to find a voice and develop their hopes and direction.  They work with children,  young people and their families, asylum seekers and refugees and older people.  Many of their projects bring people together, promoting understanding and communication.
