I have decided to run the London marathon for the first time and in doing so am trying to raise money for Arthritis Care - a charity with a lot of relevance to me personally with two members of my immediate family living with rheumatoid arthritis, and all the difficulties that this entails.  

Arthritis Care have guaranteed my place on the marathon start line, which is amazing and my side of the deal is that I have agreed to raise at least £2000 for them.
