Last year we lost a huge part of our team at our Carlisle branch. Mike Smith was a fantastic friend and colleague, bending many an ear with his love for listening and playing music!

On March 13th 2022, 13 TG employees will be taking part in the Carlisle Half Marathon in aid of Offload Cumbria.

The Offload Cumbria group has been established to provide an informal, safe, supportive, and non-judgemental place for young men who are struggling with their mental wellbeing to come together and share their experiences. They aim to do this by encouraging participants to talk about their experiences as well as incorporating various games and activities.
