Adderstone Foundation has agreed to match any funds raised for my completion of the Great North Run and all proceeds will go towards the Alzheimer's Society.

I have had personal experience with this disease through one of my Grandparents. It’s tough to experience and tough to see, it’s something we have to address! It’s a deterioration of someone's personality and their characteristics. You could almost say they lose their identity. If you know about this disease or can relate to it as I can, you will know the effect it has on a family.
