In memory of Matt Robinson
We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

My brilliant, funny and good-hearted friend Matt committed suicide in the autumn of 2016, following the suicides of other friends and acquaintances in my hometown.

There were over 6,000 suicides in the UK in the last recorded year, with some 76% of this total accounted for by men. Moreover, suicide remains the largest single killer of men aged 25-49 in the UK.

The CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) charity is working to tackle suicide among men by offering support and challenging the prevailing culture of silence around depression and other mental health issues.
