Last year, The Three Shades of Gray took part in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon Sprint Relay with Kathy doing the swim, Bill the bike ride and Ian the run with Patrick on the support team. We fundraised for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research last year which was the host charity. We managed to raise over £10,000 which was absolutely fantastic.

This year as Three More Shades of Gray, we want to raise funds for something closer to home: Arthritis Research UK

Bill was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2007 but thankfully has been able to continue taking part in various  sporting activities due to early diagnosis and excellent medication. Arthritis Research UK helps with development of medication and also support measures for Arthritis sufferers. Hopefully we can help by raising some funds for ARUK.
