Its a key milestone for a number of us this year (40) and it time to step to the plate and prove we still have what it takes by completing a Tough Mudder. Stamina, team spirit and superhero powers are what its gonna take to beat this course.

A half marathon run, over an obstacle course like no other. Ice baths, hanging bars and electrocution are barely scratching surface. We join forces to take on the challenge, push each other to go harder, longer and through the pain. 

We would love it if you could support us and Deen City Farm as our chosen charity, to keep us focused and drive us on on the big day. Located in Merton, Deen City Farm relies on donations to keep it afloat and offers an educational focus around animals, food and the environment and is especially active in helping people with learning difficulties develop skills and and self confidence through their horse riding school.
