The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Many of you may recall I vowed never to do a daft ride again, well time heals, I have forgotten about the agony of last year, and signed up to do the Scotland Leg this year.. thats nearly 500miles over 4 days...

I'm also doing some other daft events such as the Endure 24 running event (i'm really not a runner!) This is with almost no training, and on a last minute entry... I must be mad!!

The Princes Trust is my charity of choice this year, during RAB last year we met several people and hear many amazing stories of what the trust does to help young people get a head start in their business... Supporting it this year seemed a good thing to do!
