As some of you know I have been asked to take on the manchester 10k on sunday after someone else couldnt run. I have had no training for this and ony found out on friday. so im asking you to donate to this charity anything you can even if its just a pound. donate that pound and make the change.

I have set the target to £200 but even if I raise £50 ill be happy, anything going toward for me taking on this run will help.
