Story
Although our family has seen at first hand the effect of epilepsy,
we have also seen the power of modern medication and its ability to provide a normal life for some who are affected by the condition.
Inspired by one of my sons, who has recently cycled 1,500
miles from London to Morocco, I decided to set myself a personal cycling challenge. Although modest in comparison, cycling the 100 miles of Ride London this summer still feels a big enough undertaking to me.
So when I decided to embark on this challenge, the Epilepsy Society seemed a great cause to support, contributing in a small way towards their important work researching into the causes, diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy.
