For those of you who know me, running is the last thing I would ever do but after some gentle persuasion and the loss of my Dad in February, why not...... So please get digging deep into those pockets and help me to raise some money for a very good cause called 'Beechwood Cancer Care in Stockport who offer support to those living with cancer and other life limiting illness, as well as their relatives and carers. 

When thinking of how much, its simple. Every penny counts and just think of the humiliation I am prepared to put myself through considering I have never run anything before and that should help you to decide.
