I will be completing the London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 19th June 2011.  I have left the funraising a little late so please donate as little or as much as you can.  Even the odd pound here and there will help. 

I would be surprised if any of you do not know someone who has come to rely on the British Heart Foundation for some assistance at sometime in their life.  I certainly know a few, and some very close to home!  All funds donated will go directly to the British Heart Foundation, and if you tick the Gift Aid box an extra 25p is donated for every £1.
