Too many people have been affected by cancer lately -- some of my very best friends and their families, as well as some of my favourite singers and actors (Lemmy ... I thought he was immortal). That's why I'm raising money again, this year for Macmillan. 

Last year I raced the mighty Outlaw Triathlon. But let's face it, that was easy in comparison to the monster that is Ironman Wales. And if you dig deep, this September your donations will encourage me along the choppy 2.4 mile sea swim, 112 mile monster hilly bike ride, and 26.2 mile run ... up yet more hills.

Bear in mind, your sponsorship will help me through the heavy training I'm putting in, too.  6 days per week training, and races including the Bath Half Marathon, May the Fourth Be With You trail marathon, Titan half ironman, as well as a couple of 100+ mile sportives and duathlons, and probably other races I'll enter.
