Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

I am joining former England footballer, leukaemia survivor and Cure Leukaemia patron Geoff Thomas, to cycle the full Tour de France route one week ahead of the professionals in 2021.

The Tour 21 will take place from Saturday June 19th - Sunday July 11th 2021 when we will take on all 21 gruelling stages  of the 3,383km Tour de France 2021 route.

As a team of 25 amateur cyclists, we are committed to raising £1,000,000 for Cure Leukaemia.  All funds raised from this event will be invested directly into the national Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) network which Cure Leukaemia began funding from January 2020.

This is allowing the TAP network to open and run clinical trials for pioneering treatments for the disease, hastening the Global progress towards eradicating blood cancer.  Cure Leukaemia has already made a significant impact and the funds raised will help this to continue.

Please help me raise sufficient funds to make a difference.  The chances are that we all know someone who has suffered from cancer - this is for them.

Thanks

Tim x
