This is going to be an amazing challenge for me as I havent yet done a ride for this distance. Ive been doing plenty of training for it so far, so hopefully by the time the day arrives I'm not going to collapse in a total heap at the end.

The start will be 8.30am from Crown Gate (junction Old Ford Road and Grove Road) and finish at Priory Park in Southend. I am expecting to do it in just over 4 hours. Your support at either the start or the end would be awesome and much appreciated!

In Priory Park at the finish line there will be entertainment and refreshments! I think I'll deserve a few drinks by that point!!
