Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I have Andy Bill to thank for bullying me into this 11 mile trail run at Longmoor Military Training Camp in November. Probably not the most sensible first (and possibly last) competitive running race for me to have entered, but in for a penny.... Have a look at the website to see what is entailed www.hellrunner.co.uk

Help For Heroes is a charity helping to provide services and support to our service men and women who have suffered physical or psychological injury or illness as a result of their service to our country. I understand not everyone agrees with us being involved in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan currently, but no-one can deny the bravery and courage shown by our armed forces in their roles. If they are prepared to lay down their lives, then please help me raise money for this very worthwhile charity.

So on Saturday 27th November, while your enjoying a lie-in, or tucking into a bacon sarnie, think of me trudging my way through mud, up and down hills, and wading chest deep through freezing water. I'll be doing the hard bit, so you can do the easy bit - please dig deep and donate now. No matter how big or small, it is all hugely appreciated. And DON'T FORGET TO GIFT AID.

Cheers,

Toby
