From Dr. Rosh: This year, my sons and I will be raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. 

Everyday, we will be doing 200 Push-Ups (in total) throughout November, to reach our target of 6000 push-ups by the end of the month!

I'm super proud of my boys for taking part in this challenge and I thank you all in advance for your support and generosity!

From Aadi & Rahul: We’re twins Aadi and Rahul and we’ve just celebrated our 9th birthday. Instead of presents this year, we’d like our friends and family to donate whatever they can to the Teenage Cancer Trust. Last year we lost a friend to cancer and we miss him. This is our way of doing something in his memory. 

And, because we love a challenge, this November, we’re joining our dad (Dr. Rosh) in a push-up challenge!! Whilst we can’t do 3000 push-ups in a month (just yet!) we’ve decided that the two of us will hit the target together!! 

So, we’ll each be doing 1500 push-ups this November - yikes!!

We’d love to raise £3000 - £1 for every push-up! 🥳🥳
