**UPDATE!** 30 April '10
2 short days to go...
I've just about kept up with the running, even whilst in the US the last three weeks (however it doesn't help things when your secondary travel objective is to trial fast-food joints we don't see here in the UK). Needless to say, I'm a little more milkshake than ship-shape.
Regardless, I'm still ready to huff and puff on through, and Harry Robinson has personally informed me he's become a lean, mean, finely-tuned running machine for the cause.
Please dig into those pockets and donate what you can to Amnesty International. If we reach our sponsorship target, we'll have some tawdry get-up organised for the event. You're also invited to come throw things at us on the day (preferably goodwill) - Sunday morning, Exeter Arena, 9.45am.

Harry Robinson has now also signed up to tackle the Great West Run 2010. He is also happy to make a mockery of himself if we beat our joint donation target!!
I figured it's easier for everyone to donate through this one page for either of us. Dig deep, cuz you know we'z rollin' deep!
A personal message from Harry will be up soon.
Greetings,
Thanks for stopping by. I've never done any long-distance running, but I'm training hard, and hoping for a half-decent time on the day. However, if I raise more than my £100 target, I'd be (begrudgingly) happy to wear some kind of costume get-up (yet to be decided - ideas welcome). So, please donate as much as you can afford to Amnesty International.
Amnesty is a fantastic organisation whose aim is to shed light on human rights abuses, which are otherwise covered up, or forgotten by the masses. The money will fund some of the awesome work Amnesty are doing around the globe.
Please do hit that donate button.
Peas,
Tom
