My mum passed away on 28th November after a long battle with cancer. The last nine weeks of her life were spent in the Marie Curie hospice in Glasgow, who provided great support for her and the family, and endless kindness to my mum. Marie Cure helped over 37,000 terminally ill people last year, and must raise £10,000 every hour of every day to continue this invaluable work.
