My story....

I'm 62 years of age and only started to learn to swim in January of this year. I now swim about 40 lengths a day 5 days a week.

After taking early retirement in 2015 I have tried to address my health issues and after watching a program called Fixing Dad a few months ago, I was really inspired to try harder given the potential benefits.

I started to diet and increased my physical activity, and now four months later I have lost a total of 20 kilos and have been able to reduce my insulin by 50% already.

I have a specified period of time to complete the swim and my progress will be updated on here daily. Please support me so that the money can help others!
