On the 9th September Chris and I will be taking on the challenge of cycling over 180 miles from London to Paris to raise money for Astriid. 

We will be riding over 60 miles a day over 3 days which is the equivalent of London to Brighton 3 days in a row!

Astrid is a brilliant charity that supports people with long term health issues and their carers to find meaningful employment opportunities. We are proud to be raising money to support their efforts.
