Story

Hi there!
Thanks so much for coming onto my page to donate, my plan last year was to do 10 events for mental health in memory of my little brother Bryan who sadly took his own life way too soon. I was planning on raising as much money as I can for Pieta house, Pieta house and darkness into light and while I haven't been able to complete my 10 events for mental health, nor can we all come together like we normally do but there is still one thing that unites: the sunrise itself!! So even though were apart, the sunrise is a moment of hope shared by everyone. So this year a few of us will walk into the sunrise together, the very same sunrise that gives hope to those impacted by suicide every year.

Pieta' vision is a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma have been replaced by hope, self-care and acceptance. By supporting us you will allow us to strive to make this a reality. Without your support we would not have been able to give hope to over 50,000 people since we first opened our doors in 2006.All of our services (one-to-one counselling, 24 hour helpline, SBLO Service, Training and Education) are provided free of charge. This is only possible because of you.
