Last year Kevin McCaffery (Mr Midnite) lost his battle with cancer and is a huge miss to everyone. Kev was only 55.

After 2 years of completing the Great North 10k I got through the ballot for the GNR. I thought this was a good idea back in January! It's starting to loom on me now though. I thought I could do it in 2 hours but training is making me think differently. 

Anyway, as I got through the ballot I won't be forcing this down people's throats to reach a total so if you can spare a few quid for a good course I'd appreciate it
