We change lives and give a brighter future to those affected by Rett syndrome. Now.

This years annual banging of my tin is in the shape of a double challenge for the charity Rett UK.

Challenge 1 = No Booze for September, which for me is a nightmare!

Challenge 2 = On the 30th September starting at midday I am going to run 4.4 miles every 4 hours for 24 hours totalling 26.4 miles which is a marathon.

Rett Uk is great charity which supports families that have a child born with Rett Syndrome. If you would like to know more about it please read the below from their website....

Rett syndrome is devastating for a family. Having suspected something was not quite be right, suddenly they are told their child will be profoundly disabled, with multiple health problems including epilepsy, a curved spine, breathing problems, feeding difficulties and gut/bowel issues. Rett UK is there to pick up the pieces; emotional support, high quality, accurate advice & information, advocacy, reducing isolation, empowering families, building emotional resilience and helping the person with Rett syndrome live a life worth living.

......please give generously, cheers Tom x
