Jersey Hospice Care is a charity that focuses on living, not dying – helping people to live life to the full. We provide a range of services to patients and their friends and family such as a physiotherapy gym, Lymphoedema treatments, complementary therapies, an emotional support service, palliative care and a community bereavement service.
