I am taking part in a UWCB Boxing event for charity to raise money and awareness for mental health. Mind is a incredible charity that helps support those in need with mental health struggles. 

Over the last few years I have personally struggled with my own mental health and would like to take this opportunity to try and raise some money and awareness. Mental health can be a silence killer we all need to take mental health seriously and learn more about it.
