So I’ve decided Hyrox London 2 day event is the perfect time for me to do something a little extra and try and give something back to a sport that’s already given me so much. My plan is to race the Hyrox Pro full send business as usual on the 30th April. Then the very next morning take on the Hyrox Open solo. Just to make this task a little more commendable I will be wearing a 10kg weighted vest. This will make the already brutal challenge of hyrox that much harder. It becomes a challenge of mental resilience to keep pushing forward even when there is weight on your shoulders and hopefully a sign of respect to those who are already carrying that load.
