Mountbatten Hampshire's aim is to help people with life limiting illnesses to live as well as they possibly can for however long is needed.

Mountbatten Hampshire services include a 21-bed inpatient unit in West End where patients go for respite and end of life care; their 24/7 Community Care team visit patients in their homes; their day centre for outpatients; and their bereavement and counselling services.

They are there every step of the way, providing passionate care and support with the help of their doctors, specialist nurses and carers.

In the last three years, Mountbatten have provided superb end of life care for the wife of one our members and a Shed member.  

Romsey Men's shed have made craft items for sale in Mountbatten's charity shops (mainly in Romsey) raising over £1,300.

Romsey Men's Shed are delighted to continue to support Mountbatten with a team in the 2022 Walk The Test Way.
