Four rookie runners/ novice cyclists will be taking on our first Glasgow Duathlon to raise money for cancer research - a charity close to all our hearts.

The Duathlon itself consists of a 5k run - 30k Cycle - 5k run covering 40k across some of the back roads/hills in Glasgow. That felt long just typing it out!
