I am taking part in a 50 mile cycle ride around the district of Tendring, which starts and finishes in Harwich. I'm trying to raise money for a charity called CMT, which is a condition that affects the nerves in your legs and arms causing weakness and wasting in the muscles, and a friend's grandson is a sufferer. It is not a well known charity and it has just had it's awareness week, so I'm trying to help a little bit.
