Isabel Hospice took such good care of my Mum in her final weeks at the Hospice and at home before she finally passed away on 5th December 2015.  She loved all the support staff and Doctors who visited her daily and always managed a smile for them.

Since then they have supported me personally with coping with my loss run by volunteers (thank you Deidre) which I think is quite amazing how they give up their time own time to help people like myself.  I would like to give something back to keep their service continue for those in need.
