On May 5th I will be attempting to run the Bristol 10K. This is in memory of my son's friend Abi. Lovely Abi passed away suddenly in February after suffering a brain haemorrhage. She was 12 years old.

Abi was cared for at Bristol Childrens hospital. I will be running with Abi's mum Kelly to raise money for the Wallace & Grommit Grand Appeal Charity. The charity funds equipment and facilities for the children and their families while they are in hospital.
