Its that time of year again to remember my dad who sadly died of Lung Cancer in March 2023. I loved doing this challenge last year and this March, I’m taking on the Walk 31 Miles in March challenge again to raise vital funds for lung cancer support and research.

I’m walking in honour of everyone affected by lung cancer - those currently facing it, those we’ve lost, and the families who carry on in their memory. I’ll walk a mile every day, in my own time and in my own way, turning each step into support.Lung cancer is the UK’s biggest cancer killer. The money raised through this challenge will help fund life-saving research, provide comfort and care to patients, and ensure no one has to face this disease alone.I’m doing it to make a difference. I’m walking for those who can’t, and for the hope of a better future.Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to a world where lung cancer is caught earlier, treated more gently, and survived more often.Let’s make every mile in March matter. Together, we can walk toward change.

Special mention in remembrance to Sue who done this event last year and sadly lost her battle to Lung cancer not long after the event. This is for you too xx
