I cycled 50 miles last year (Great Notts Bike Ride) and wanted to do the ride again this year.  My husband's bright idea was that we do the 100 miles this year!!!  I have never ridden so far (in my life) and it will be a challenge.  I wanted to make it worth while and so I am raising money for the John van Geest Cancer Research Centre at Nottingham Trent University.  The John van Geest Cancer Research Centre are carrying out important work to help cure cancer.
