My third year of doing the Trek for Alzheimer’s Uk with my amazing friend Kerry and this year we are joined by my sisters Katie and Georgia.

Our family have experienced the impact of dementia on our dad David. Sadly he passed away on 3rd Feb this year. I know many others that also have loved ones living with the diagnosis or sadly are no longer with us.

Research in to causes and treatments, support to families caring for loved ones, and understanding the disease are just some of the things Alzheimer’s Uk fund.

We are doing 26 miles through the Cotswolds, a place my dad visited frequently. Again he will be with us in our thoughts and hearts every step of the way. Forget me not 🩵
