On the 24th May this year myself and my husband Johnny, along with two other nutters, will be taking part in the Trek26 Northumberland, walking 26 miles in aid of Alzheimer’s. Johnny lost both his parents in quick succession to this dreadful disease and we both, sadly, know too many people who have been touched, in one way or another by Alzheimer’s.
