Story

University of Nottingham Students' Union and University of Nottingham Sport are delighted to be partnered with the University of Nottingham's Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) as our Official Charity.

The Centre offers vital hope to children diagnosed with brain tumours through their pioneering research, diagnostic treatments and awareness raising campaigns. 

Our sports teams all proudly bear the CBTRC logo on their match kit and have pledged to undertake a huge range of fundraising activities to support the Centre.

About the charity

We perform pioneering research into genetic abnormalities of brain tumours, novel imaging techniques & drug delivery. We also excel in diagnosis, innovative treatment & raising awareness. Additional funding will enable crucial advances to be made in understanding & treating childhood brain tumours.
