Hi all!

Thanks for taking a peek! I will be taking part in my first Tough Mudder Half, Midlands on 13th May to raise money for Alzheimer's UK, a fundamental charity which provides much needed support and research into finding a cure for Dementia.

For anyone who has a family member or friend that is affected by it, you will know that Dementia is a chronic and persistent disorder which severely impairs the brain and therefore memory, mood, and thinking ability of the sufferer.

I have a much loved family member who has recently been diagnosed with Dementia and so I hope to raise enough money to make a contribution towards finding a cure for her and other sufferers in the future; every donation counts!
