7 years ago I found a lump in my breast which was diagnosed as early breast cancer.

I had been enjoying the work and the buzz of building my complementary medicine practice. However it had become increasingly hard to find enough time for sufficient rest and relaxation and I had begun to feel increasingly stressed.  This all came to a head when my appendix suddenly burst and I found myself in hospital with peritonitis. I knew then that I had to reduce the stress in my life. And then shortly afterwards I found the lump in my breast.
