Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On the 19th to the 28th February next year (2012) I will be joining a whole host of women from all ages and walks of life to take part in the Women V Cancer Cycle Kenya to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action. A donation to Faraja Cancer Support Trust will also be made.

The journey begins in Nairobi and Mount Kenya, travelling by bike over 250 miles until we reach Lake Victoria and our finish line.

In order to take part in the ride I have to raise a MINIMUM of £2,800 in sponsorship/ donations etc - some of which covers transfer costs - however the more I raise the more money these worthwhile charities have to carry on their fantastic work.

Over the next year all information on all my fundraising events will be here on this page, as well as regular updates on the total raised. Any help that you can offer me would be hugely appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity
