Story

As most of you probably already know, I'm not the greatest of swimmers or the most confident in the water! But I do love a challenge which is why I've decided to do Swim 22. From the 22nd February I will have three months to swim 22 miles - now that doesn't sound a lot but it's actually the distance of the English Channel from here to France. And when you swim at the speed I do (and are too scared to put your head under water), it's gonna take me a while!

Not only do I want to become a better swimmer, I also want to raise money for a great charity - Diabetes UK. Every day in my job I see how all types of diabetes can affect people, including their families and friends. I would really appreciate any donation you can give to help raise as much money as I can for such a worthy cause. Thank you.
