Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running a raffle starting on my Birthday on the 17th of July which will be ran using a small lotteries licence purchased for Tonias journey fundraising. It will run for ten days and will be drawn on the 27th of July by chance using a random number generator.

Please purchase each ticket for £2 and leave your name and contact details and which picture/s you would like your tickets against .

Tonia has completed her surgery in Barcelona and has started her rehabilitation . She now needs to get home and a team of volunteers; a paramedic and a volunteer nurse will fly out to  her and with me will drive Tonia via her Ambulance home to Eckington to continue her recovery and rehabilitation after life saving surgery and 6 weeks stay in Barcelona.

The raffle is to fund the costs of this part of @tonias journey home.

I love art and beautiful pictures and so it is very fitting that there are 6 beautiful pictures which have been donated to us for my Birthday Raffle-  ( please see pictures below )

The first by the wonderful british local artist Hayley Reynolds part of her popular inspired confetti fields collection- I simply adore this .

BRITISH ARTIST HAYLEY REYNOLDS - multidisciplinary artist specialising in Italian plaster (fresco), metals (verdigris/rust).

Then I have four framed photographs of delightful scenes

Photo of the sky is 'crisp spring day on the moors above Settle, North Yorkshire' (photographer is Geoff Turner).

The water is 'River Greta below Latrigg, Cumbria' (photographer is Irene Beston).

The trees and hill are 'Autumnal view across to Roseberry topping, Cleveland' (photographer is Joe Cornish).

The road through the trees is Bridge of Balgie, Glenlyon (photographer is Jason O'Flynn 2001)

The final piece of art is called Traveller’s Joy ... a beautiful oil painting of a Clematis (common name Traveller’s Joy) taken from a photograph.

Donated by artist Victoria Edwards of Fugly Manor Art and unusually hand signed.

Mounted in a contemporary black frame
