My friends at Singing Hands Makaton signing told me about this brilliant event round the Olympic Park in London. I visited the Paralympics on 3 days in 2012 so it will be great fun for me to be in a sports event there and show what ordinary disabled people can do!

I have been training a lot on my handcrank bike in the last couple of weeks and even handcranked down to church today.

Parallel London have sent me my running number to put on my T-shirt : 3006 - and Shine have sent my mum and me T-shirts to wear (which we also wore to church today!!). I'm getting excited about the event.
