On 8th September 2018, my mum, I, Kristian and our little sidekick Isobel are participating in the Memory Walk in Bristol for Alzheimer's Society. Our Motivation? My gran. 

Gran / Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 5 years ago. It's excruciating watching her go from the person we know and love to someone who, in the blink of an eye, will forget everything she's just done and needs help with menial daily tasks. 

The Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
