Following the huge personal achievement of representing team GB in the European Finals in the Olympic Triathalon (May 2016) I was keen to put all the training to good use and have therefore decided to enter a half ironman in June.

As an optometrist and owner of Specsavers Romsey I decided to raise money for an amazing local charity that does pioneering research in to eye disease. With an increasing ageing population of customers we see this work will provide sight saving solutions for many of the people we care for every day.
