30 years of creating memories to cherish2021 is a very special year for Childrens Hospice South West, as it marks 30 years since  it was founded by Eddie and Jill Farwell in 1991. Since then, thousands of families with a seriously ill child have been welcomed through the hospice doors as part of their journey, finding a safe haven of care, support and friendship. Lets celebrate this wonderful milestone together, and all that they have acheived! Remember that together, Childrens Hospice South West can continue to create more memories to be cherished for another 30 years.
