Andy Cox 200k Challenge · 17 May 2021 to 23 May 2021 ·

RoadPeace is the national charity for road crash victims. We provide practical and emotional support to victims through a helpline, befriender network, and information guides on the legal procedures that follow a crash. RoadPeace also campaigns for justice for victims and road danger reduction policies that champion the needs of vulnerable road users. RoadPeace won the Guardian Charity Award winners in 2008. Help us make the world a safer and fairer place.

Story

Chris Lewis, Kate Castle and Fay Wileman are joining Andy Cox on 21st May as part of his 200km running journey in support of RoadPeace. Chris Lewis from the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner Office will be running the 12 miles from Kilsby to Lutterworth. Kate Castle from Warwickshire County Council Road Safety Education Team and Fay Wileman from the Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership will be running from Kilsby, cheering Andy on from behind. Like many charities the pandemic has impacted upon RoadPeace as there has been less fundraising events and this has left them financially challenged. Therefore any donations you are financially able to afford would be hugely appreciated and will be of great benefit. Thank you for your support.
